Skell city is the top skell around.

Skell City never let's their fellow skells down. They always throws in the extra skell gear for the loyalty. Just like a skell who calls 911 from the pay phone then walks 3 blocks and calls again from another pay phone. Here's 2 dollars go buy a cobra tall boy and don't call again till after tour change.
